Hi, I’m Stephanie Michele
Stephanie Michele Enterprises, LLC (SME) was birthed from a deep calling to SHIFT the way health, healing, and wholeness are understood and experienced—especially for communities that have been historically overlooked, harmed, or asked to survive without support.
My work centers holistic health equity because wellness is never just physical. It lives in our stories, our systems, our relationships, our leadership, and our spiritual grounding. I intentionally target Black and LGBTQ+ communities, not to limit the reach of this work, but because when we tend to the needs of those most impacted by inequity, we create pathways to healing that strengthen everyone.
The SME ecosystem exists as a home for the work I have been called to steward in this lifetime—work that blends strategy and compassion, data and story, faith and action. Through consulting, creative expression, equity-centered , evidence- based education, and ministry, Stephanie Michele Enterprises brings together multiple pathways for transformation under one shared mission: to help individuals, organizations, and communities move from harm to healing, from exclusion to belonging, and from survival to sustainable well-being.
At its core, this is legacy work. It is about shaping systems that care, narratives that restore, and leadership that honors the dignity of every person. It is about ensuring that future generations inherit not only opportunity, but wellness, wisdom, and a clearer path toward wholeness.

As a DEI and Case Management certified registered nurse-led health equity ecosystem, Stephanie Michele Enterprises, LLC applies clinical insight, population health strategy, and systems thinking to improve care delivery for communities most impacted by inequity. Grounded in evidence-based practice and trauma-informed care, our approach bridges data and dignity—helping healthcare organizations translate equity commitments into measurable, sustainable outcomes that support holistic patient well-being.

As an Ordained Minister rooted in a nursing ethic of compassionate care and spiritual grounding, our approach honors the sacred connection between health, healing, and wholeness. We integrate faith, compassion, empathy and wisdom to support healing-centered leadership and community outreach—especially within Black and LGBTQ+ communities—bridging spiritual care with practical strategies that nurture resilience, dignity, transformation and collective well-being.
