It is the mission of Stephanie Michele Enterprises, LLC to advance holistic health equity by transforming the systems, stories, and spiritual spaces that shape well-being— centering on Black and LGBTQ+ communities while improving outcomes for all communities impacted by inequity.

As the Collaborator, KHEC partners with healthcare systems, public health institutions, and community organizations to co-create equity-centered solutions. Through consulting, organizational assessments, and strategic guidance, we help institutions build inclusive, accountable, culturally responsive environments—especially for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. KHEC’s work is grounded in the SHIFT Method™ and supports long-term transformation through partnership, data, and community wisdom.
CREATOR
Crowned One Media, LLC
As the Creator, Crowned One Media produces storytelling, educational content, writing, speaking, and multimedia experiences that uplift the narratives of queer, trans, and BIPOC communities. Our creative arm amplifies truth, healing, resilience, and liberation through keynote speaking, curriculum development, publishing, digital media, and narrative change projects. Crowned One Media turns lived experience into catalysts for awareness, empathy, and generational impact.

KHEC Training & The SHIFT Method™
As the Catalyst, KHEC’s training arm and The SHIFT Method™ ignite change within individuals, systems, and communities. Through culturally responsive education, leadership development, and capacity-building, Catalyst offerings move organizations from performative DEI to transformative, healing-centered equity work. We train teams to deliver affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based, anti-racist care rooted in intersectionality and accountability.

Triumphant Woman Ministries, Inc.
As the Conduit, Triumphant Woman Ministries, Inc. embodies spiritual grounding and growth, pastoral care, and community service. We provide heart-centered, empathetic guidance, healing spaces, needed resources, and faith-rooted support in vulnerable communities in our society. Through servant leadership, mentorship, restorative community outreach and health initiatives, we nurture connection, resilience, and sacred transformation through compassionate love in action.
